Bible Text  (Scroll to Verse)  [Copy]

Do any of you dare, having a matter against another, to go to court before the unjust, and not before the saints?
Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? and if the world will be judged by you, are you not qualified to judge the smallest matters?
Do you not know that we will judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
- ANGELS
If then you have judgements about things relating to this life, [do you] set those to judge who are the least esteemed in the church?
I speak to your shame. Is it the case, that there is not a wise man among you? not even one that will be able to judge between his brothers?
But brother goes to court with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
Now therefore you are utterly at fault, because you go to court with one another. Why do you not rather suffer wrong? why do you not rather [permit yourselves to] be cheated?
No, you do wrong, and cheat, and that [your] brothers.
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor gays, nor sodomites,
Nor thieves, nor covetous [people], nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, will inherit the kingdom of God.
And such were some of you: but you were washed [once and for all], but you were sanctified [once and for all], but you were justified [once and for all] in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
All things are lawful to me, but all things are not advantageous: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
Foods for the stomach, and the stomach for foods: but God will destroy both it and them. Now the body [is] not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
And God has both raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his own [dynamic] power.
Do you not know that your bodies are the members of Christ? will I then take the members of Christ, and make [them] the members of a prostitute? God forbid.
What? Do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? for two, he says, will be one flesh.
But he that is joined to the Lord is one spirit.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is outside the body; but he that commits fornication sins against his own body.
What? Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit [who is] in you, which you have from God, and you are not your own?
For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
