Bible Text  (Scroll to Verse)  [Copy]

Cast your bread upon the waters: for you will find it after many days.
- GOOD NEWS
Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for you know not what evil will be upon the earth.
If the clouds be full of rain, they empty [themselves] upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it will be.
Whoever waits for the wind will not sow; and whoever keeps their eyes on the clouds will not reap.
As you do now know how the spirit works, [nor] how the bones [grow] in the womb a pregnant woman: so you do not know experientially the works of God who brings it all about.
In the morning sow your seed, and in the evening do not take a break: for you do not know what will succeed, or which of the two will be good.
Truly the light [is] sweet, and it is pleasant for the eyes to look at the sun:
But if a man lives many years, [and] rejoices in them all; yet let him remember the days of darkness; for they will be many. All that comes [is] vanity.
Rejoice, O young man, in your youth; and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth, and walk in the ways of your heart, and in the sight of your eyes: but know this, that for all these [things] God will bring you into judgment.
Therefore remove sorrow from your heart, and put away evil from your flesh: for childhood and youth [are] vanity.
