To know wisdom and discipline; to teach the principles of understanding;

Happy [is] the man [that] finds wisdom, and the man [that] gains understanding.

Wisdom is of prime importance; [therefore] acquire wisdom: and to make your possessions complete, acquire also understanding.

A man will be commended according to his wisdom: but he that is of a perverse heart will be despised.

The crown of the wise [is] their riches: [but] the foolishness of fools [is] folly.

Wisdom rests in the heart of him that has understanding: but [that which is] in the midst of fools is made known.

The fear of the LORD [Yahweh] [is] the instruction of wisdom; and before honor [is] humility.

How much better [it is] to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding [is] rather to be chosen than silver!

That I might make you [to] know the certainty of the words of truth; that you might answer the words of truth to those that send to you?

Do not grow weary trying to become rich: stop trying to figure it out yourself.

Listen, my son, and be wise, and guide your heart in the way.
