But Jesus turned around, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has healed you. And the woman was healed from that moment.
And when he had come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to him, Yes, Lord.
Jesus did not ask if they believed God could heal them. He asked if they believed HE could do it. This is a necessary part of functioning in the healing mantle - people must believe that you are anointed.
