And he has filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship;
And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit:
And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying,

This is the power that comes when a group of believers pray as one.
The infilling of the Holy Spirit results in boldness.
And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, [even] Jesus, that appeared to you in the way as you came, has sent me, that you might receive your sight, and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Ananias calls him a brother. He did not even present the Gospel to him but came to pray for him to receive the Holy Spirit. Note here it only took an ordinary believer to pray for someone to receive the Holy Spirit. It was different when Peter and John as apostles went to pray for the people that Philip had brought to the Lord.
Then Saul, (who also [is called] Paul,) filled with the Holy Spirit, set his eyes on him,
And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Spirit.
Instead of getting drunk on wine, which leads to wasteful extravagance; you should rather continue to be filled with the Spirit;
