Study on DELIVERANCE:
For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now I will arise, says the LORD [Yahweh]; I will set [him] in safety [from he that] scoffs at him.
This poor man cried, and the LORD [Yahweh] heard [him], and saved him out of all his troubles.
[The righteous] cry, and the LORD [Yahweh] hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Many [are] the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD [Yahweh] delivers him out of them all.
And the LORD [Yahweh] will help them, and deliver them: he will deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
When the evening had come, they brought to him many that were possessed with demons: and he cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all that were sick:
He healed every one, which means that he had the right to choose. This is how the healing mantle should work.
