Hypocrites, you can identify the appearance of the sky and of the earth, but how is it that you do not identify this [kairos] point in time?
And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to prove [dokimazo] them: I pray you have me excused.
And just as they did not want to approve God in [their] knowledge, God handed them over to an unapproved mind [nous], to produce those things that are not fitting;
You have grasped what He desires, and approve [dokimazo] better things, having been instructed by the law;
And not only this, but we boast in pressures also: knowing that pressure produces endurance
And endurance, approval; and approval, hope:
And do not allow yourself to be molded by the world system: but be in a process of being transformed [metamorphoo], by a total renovation of your mind [nous], so that you may confirm through testing [dokimazo] what the good, pleasant and complete will of God is.
For whoever serves Christ in these is acceptable to God, and approved [dokimazo] by men.
Do you have faith? have [it] to yourself before God. Happy [is] he that does not condemn himself in that thing which he allows [dokimazo].
Salute Apelles approved [dokimazo] in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' [household].
Everyone's deeds will become known: for the day will expose them because they will be uncovered through fire; and the fire will confirm [dokimazo] the quality of each one's deeds.
For it is necessary that there are separations among you, so that those who have been approved [dokimazo] may be made known among you.

While by the experimental knowledge [dokimazo] of this ministry they glorify God for your professed subjection to the gospel of Christ, and for [your] liberal distribution to them, and to all [men];
For not he that commends himself is approved [dokimazo], but whom the Lord commends.
Since you seek a proof [dokimazo] of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.
Examine yourselves, whether you be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know you not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, unless you have been disqualified through failing the test [dokimazo]?
Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we should appear approved [dokimazo], but that you should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.
But let every man prove [dokimazo] his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
Proving [dokimazo] what is acceptable to the Lord.
That you may approve [dokimazo] things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offence until the day of Christ;
But you know how he has proved [dokimazo] himself, that, as a son with the father, he has served with me in the gospel.
But as we were allowed [dokimazo] by God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not to please men, but God, who tries [dokimazo] our hearts.
Test and approve [dokimazo] everything; hold on tightly to what is good.
And let these also first be proved [dokimazo]; then let them carry out the office or job of a deacon, being [found] blameless.
Study to show yourself approved [dokimazo] by God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Knowing [this], that the trying [dokimazo] of your faith produces endurance.
Blessed [is] the man that perseveres under trial [peirazo]: for when he has been approved [dokimazo], he will receive the crown of [zoe] life, which the Lord has promised to those that love him.
That the trial [dokimazo] of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried [dokimazo] with fire, might be found to praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test [dokimazo] the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
