Furthermore then we beg you, brothers and sister, and appeal to [you] by the Lord Jesus, that as you have received from us how you ought to walk and to please God, [so] you would abound more and more.
For you know what commandments we gave you through the Lord Jesus.
For this is what God desires: your sanctification, that you keep yourself from all wrong forms of sexual intercourse:
Every single one of you should learn how to take ownership of their sexual abilities from a position of sanctification and full appreciation of what you have.
Not giving in to strong feelings of lust, in the same way as those vast crowds of people who do not know God
Don't overstep your boundaries and take advantage of your fellow man in what you do: because the Lord punishes this kind of thing, just as we have already pointed out and confirmed through experience.
For God did not call us to immorality, but to purity and holy living.
He therefore that despises, despises not man, but God, who has also given to us his holy Spirit.
But as touching brotherly love you need not that I write to you: for you yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
And indeed you do it toward all the brothers and sisters who are in all Macedonia: but we appeal to you, brothers and sisters, that you increase more and more;
And that you make it your ambition to live a consistent and quiet life, doing your own thing, and carrying out your own business, just like we told you;

That you may walk honestly toward them that are without, and [that] you may have lack of nothing.
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brothers and sisters, concerning those are asleep [in death], that you do not grieve, just like others who have no hope.
- HOPE

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, in the same way also those who are asleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive [and] remain until the coming of the Lord will not precede those who are asleep.
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ will rise first:
All who were in Christ when they died i.e. all believers. There are no in-between’s - those who were in Christ but lost it before death.

Then we who are alive [and] remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so will we ever be with the Lord.
Therefore comfort one another with these words.
