Bible Text  (Scroll to Verse)  [Copy]

Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Behold, I Paul say to you, that if you be circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.
For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
Christ is become of no effect to you, whoever of you are justified by the law; you are fallen from grace.
For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision is able to do any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which is energized through [agape] love.
You ran well; who did hinder you that you should not obey the truth?
This persuasion [comes] not of him that calls you.
A little leaven leavens the whole lump.
I have confidence in you through the Lord, that you will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubles you will bear his judgment, whoever he is.
And I, brothers, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.
I would they were even cut off which trouble you.
For, brothers, you have been called to freedom; but do not [use] freedom as a base for the flesh, but by [agape] love serve one another.
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; You will love your neighbor as yourself.
But if you bite and devour one another, take heed that you be not consumed one of another.
Let me say this then, Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh.
For the flesh exercises its desires contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit contrary to the flesh: and these are continually in opposition to each other: so that you cannot do whatever you want.
But if you are being influenced by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh continue to be shown openly, which are these; Adultery, illicit sex, moral impurity, unbridled lust,
False gods, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, explosive anger, self promotion, divisions, factions,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and things like these: I am telling you beforehand, just as also told you before, that those who are continually practicing things like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is [agape] love, joy, peace, patient endurance, kindness, goodness, assurance,
Meekness, and self control: there is no law against this kind of thing.
And those that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its inner conflicts and desires.
If we are living in the Spirit, we should also be walking in the Spirit
Let us not strive for recognition, continually competing with one another, and envying one another.
